An IoT-enabled controller for RO purifiers, built on the WT400M 4G gateway. It runs the valves, pump, UV lamp and flush, reads the TDS probes, flow meter and switches, shows the status on a 3-digit display and sends every reading and fault to your server over 4G. Yes. It is built on the WT400M 4G gateway, so TDS in and out, total flow, running hours and faults such as low pressure, tank full and UV lamp fail go to your server over 4G, and every purifier can be watched remotely.
It runs the purifier itself. Its relay switches the booster pump, the inlet valve and the UV lamp, and terminal 13 drives the flush valve. It reads both TDS probes, the flow meter, the low-pressure switch and the tank-full switch, and shows the status on a 3-digit display.
It steps through TDS in, TDS out of the tank, total flow and running hours. A fault comes first and blinks: LPF for low inlet pressure, tF for a full tank and ULF for a failed UV lamp.
The low-pressure switch opens, the controller stops the pump and closes the inlet valve, and the display shows LPF. When the pressure is back it waits, then restarts with a flush.
